We hope you will consider our family owned and operated motel as your vacation spot. Another vacation year has arrived and if you are planning to make Fenwick Island your vacation spot this year, we hope we can again be your host or perhaps have you as a new guest. We pride ourselves on our return business, our cleanliness, and our courteous professional staff providing individual attention to the needs of our guests. We are family owned and operated. We still retain the service and charm of the motel, when it was built in the 50's and are proud that third generations are now vacationing at the Sands with their parents and grandparents.

The Sands Motel is on the oceanside of the highway, but not directly oceanfront. We offer cable TV, free ice, a large kidney-shaped pool and easy access to a clean and uncrowded beach.

Fenwick Island is the ideal location for your vacation - a quiet family resort, but only minutes from all that Ocean City, Bethany and Rehoboth Beaches have to offer in the way of entertainment, dining, and shopping (many quaint shops and several outlet centers)
